Work IT Solution provides technology and communication solutions that may include Rich Communication Services (RCS), business messaging, customer notifications, promotional messages, transactional communications and related messaging services.
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules applicable to the use of our RCS messaging services by businesses, customers, subscribers and other authorized users.
2. User Consent
Users must provide appropriate consent before receiving promotional or marketing communications through RCS or other messaging channels.
- Messages must be sent only to users who have opted in where required.
- Users should be informed about the type of communication they will receive.
- Users must be provided with an appropriate method to stop promotional messages.

3. Prohibited Messaging Content
Our messaging services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities.
Users and customers must not use the service to send:
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Fraudulent or deceptive communications.
- Phishing or impersonation messages.
- Malware, malicious links or harmful files.
- Threatening, abusive or harassing content.
- Illegal products or services.
- Content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Content that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Messages designed to mislead recipients about the identity of the sender.
4. Marketing & Promotional Messages
Promotional RCS messages should be sent only to recipients who have provided the necessary permission or consent.
Businesses using our messaging services are responsible for maintaining appropriate records of consent and ensuring that their campaigns comply with applicable telecommunications, privacy and anti-spam requirements.
5. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe
Recipients may request to stop receiving promotional communications from a business.
Businesses using the service are responsible for honoring valid opt-out or unsubscribe requests within a reasonable period and for maintaining appropriate suppression or opt-out records.
6. Sender Responsibility
The customer or business using our RCS messaging platform is responsible for the content, recipient lists, sender identity, links and information contained in its messages.
Work IT Solution does not authorize customers to use the service for illegal, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
7. Accuracy of Information
Customers must provide accurate and current information when registering for or using our services.
Customers must not use false business identities, misleading sender names or inaccurate information in messaging campaigns.
8. Message Delivery
RCS message delivery may depend on recipient device support, mobile network availability, carrier policies, RCS availability, internet connectivity and third-party messaging infrastructure.
Therefore, Work IT Solution does not guarantee that every message will be delivered successfully or immediately.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on third-party telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, carriers, cloud infrastructure or other technology providers.
Service availability may therefore be affected by third-party outages, technical restrictions, policy changes or other factors outside our reasonable control.
10. Privacy & Personal Data
Customers must ensure that personal information used for messaging has been collected and processed lawfully.
Customers must not upload, transmit or process personal data through our services unless they have the appropriate legal authority, consent or other lawful basis to do so.

11. Account Suspension
Work IT Solution may suspend, restrict or terminate access to messaging services where we reasonably believe that the service is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, platform policies or messaging-provider requirements.
12. Customer Complaints
Customers and recipients may contact us regarding suspected misuse, unwanted messages, service issues or compliance concerns.
We may investigate complaints and take appropriate action, including requesting additional information or restricting messaging activity.
13. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, website content, software, designs and other intellectual property belonging to Work IT Solution remain the property of their respective owners.
Customers may not copy, modify, distribute or use our intellectual property without appropriate authorization.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Work IT Solution shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the messaging service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, applicable law or messaging-provider requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
16. Compliance With Laws
Users and customers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, telecommunications requirements, privacy requirements and messaging-platform policies when using our services.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, subject to applicable law.
